Universal Design Consulting delivers training on a range of topics related to embedding universal design, accessibility and inclusion in practical ways.

Our training is led by practitioners with first-hand experience in local government, disability inclusion, research and organisational change. We understand the practical challenges of moving beyond compliance and can share real examples, tested strategies, tools and resources.

Introduction to Universal Design

Our Introduction to Universal Design course provides a practical overview of the what, why and how of universal design.

By the end of the course, participants will understand:

• what universal design is

• why it matters

• how it can be applied in their role

The course uses real-world examples and is suitable for staff, leaders, project teams, contractors, community organisations and people involved in advisory or advocacy roles.
